Mindroom is a mental health initiative which aims to create communities that foster reflection, compassion, and resilience. We offer free and affordable individual and group sharing spaces along with workshops and support groups to enhance overall wellbeing for anyone who may need it.
Mindroom was founded in March 2020 by a group of women working in the education, social, and mental health sectors in India who are passionate about providing solutions for the treatment gap for mental health. Since March 2020, Mindroom has offered over 20 workshops, 80 group sharing spaces and 400 1-1 sharing spaces, impacting around 1500 individuals and multiple teams within corporate and social organizations.
