Minds At Play (MAP), has been created to address the growing problems of stress, anxiety, and depression amongst the youth of India.
A preventative care model, MAP is a curriculum-based intervention, that aims to develop emotional and cognitive learning as a part of the education system. It works with children and educators of all age groups to equip them with knowledge and tools that help them regulate their emotions, build resilience, manage stress and become more self-aware, empathetic and compassionate individuals.
Inspired by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness, the MAP curriculum teaches children and educators to be more emotionally intelligent and build values that help them thrive and develop their potential to grow stronger - emotionally and mentally.
