Mindscape For Youth

Welcome to Mindscape! We are a student-run non-profit organization that strives to encourage the idea that mental health is not only important when you hit rock-bottom, but something that you need to take care of at all times! We hope to do this through some of our initiatives such as webinars with healthcare professionals, group discussions, resources to learn about mental health, mindfulness tips catered to hobbies and many more!
