Assess your current relationships: Once we have identified your strengths, it’s time to assess your expectations, values and goals. This is done by comparing your desires to your current situation.
Implement “Be Present”: Next, I show you what’s possible, where the opportunities for positive improvements are and exactly how to make positive connections. In this stage we create a road map with step-by-step instructions to implement the incremental changes that empower you to make lasting change in your relationships.
Weekly reviews to monitor and sustain positive relationships: Once we have demonstrated positive interactions, we go a step further and look at how you can continue to experience improved relationships.
