Mindset Maintenance CIC

We are series of workshops and events focusing on mindset and resilience for better mental health. Mindset Maintenance is not-for-profit organisation founded by Bianca Brathwaite and run by a team of mental health professionals and advocates in the Portsmouth area. It has been created from a place of pain and heartbreak but most of all from the realisation of just how important it is to look after your mind. As well as running local events and workshops for the community, we have also introduced corporate self development bootcamps for those businesses that want to support their employees in taking charge of their own mindset and wellbeing.
