Hello, my name is Neelama Kumari and I am the owner of Mindset Rethink. I am a qualified therapist in Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy and trained as a clinical supervisor. I completed the Postgraduate Diploma in High Intensity Psychological Intervention course, leading to accreditation with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Following this, I completed my clinical supervision qualifications for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) and High Intensity (HI). At Mindset Rethink, we offer evidence based psychotherapy called Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy, also known as CBT, which is based on scientific principles that help people to change the way they think, feel and behave.
