MindSpark is led by Andrew Tomlinson, with over 30 years in diverse mental health, alcohol and other drugs, and social support sectors (clinical, lived experience, and senior leadership roles, UK/NZ/Aus). Andrew's passion is walking alongside people, coaching them to recognise strengths and achieve potential, combining extensive professional and lived expertise with genuine empathy.
