Hello! My name is Evgenia Videnmaier-Zink, ever since I was a teenager I was extremely curious about the ways of living of other people in other countries but most of all I was fascinated by their stories and how they would deal with the situation. I am guessing that because I grew up in a big and diverse family in which each member had a story that often wasn't easy to carry on. Our life begins in the family as our first group, our first system. Tackling family dynamics like communication issues and shifting relationship patterns, helps in restoring strength and unity to a family, this motivated me to become a family therapist and the systemic approach which I work with is non directive and non judgmental. My curiosity and love for impacting others in different ways pushed me to become a Mindset Coach; I focus on transitioning different life aspects in different life stages by powerfully shaping your life perspective. Impacting people in a positive way also extends to spiritual wellbeing. The crossover of my two careers match with the way I am interested in mental health.
