In order to reduce the stigma associated with mental health, we believe that it is crucial to normalise the conversations about this subject. Our courses will guide you on how to approach the subject of mental health and how to begin a conversation. Everyone of us in our community has the power to start a conversation, therefore everyone of us has the power to make the change.
