Our aim is to launch an e- counseling service that facilitates Sri Lankans to receive support for their mental wellbeing. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Our actions, thinking, and feelings affect mental health. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Finally, mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
