Established in 1991, we have been offering construction and maintenance services to the Mining, Industrial and Commercial sectors for over 25 years and are a multi award winning company through the Electrical Contractors Association QLD and Master Electricians Australia
We operate under a certified HSEQ system (externally audited) and are an accredited Master Electrician, which means our systems and quality of work are of the highest standards and regularly audited.
Minelec has a solid reputation throughout the industry as a business with integrity and one that delivers consistently for our customers whether it be a local council asset, a government hospital or an underground mine.

Our head office and workshop are located in Garbutt, the industrial heart of Townsville QLD. The facility consists of a 292 m2 two story office building and 704m2 workshop and warehouse located on a 5959m2 block of land. This facility provides excellent opportunity for hardstand storage and additional office space.
The geographical location of the facility also provides a high potential opportunity to function as a central supply, storage & distribution point for operations throughout the region as well as servicing our overseas mining neighbours such as PNG and Indonesia.
