Minera USA, LLC is a Wyoming-based company that brings real gold-backed assets to the digital world, offering secure investment through the Minera Gold Tokens (MGT), which are backed by tangible gold mining reserves. Minera USA LLC, formed by TitleChain, integrates TitleChain’s technology, IP, and digital asset infrastructure with assigned rights to the Portuguese Creek Mine (Minera Mine) digital gold assets. Minera Mine “deed of claim rights” holds (in-situ) assets, comprised of platinum group metals, critical minerals, and rare earth elements for future reserves. This unique offering, led by TitleChain’s decentralized asset registry, bridges traditional finance (TradFi) and digital asset finance (DeFi) through the Minera USAT Gold Token (MGT). By aligning traditional regulatory standards with digital asset innovation, Minera USA aims to unlock substantial value in real-world assets, strengthening the U.S.'s position in the global digital economy. Our project aligns with and supports the recently introduced BRIDGE Digital Assets Act, which establishes a cooperative framework between the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC"), fostering innovation in the digital asset space. The M5 protocol, patented proof of title by TitleChain, serves as the open-source framework behind the Blockchain Registered Interbank Global Exchange (BRIDGE™). Developed by a team with a track record in blockchain, traditional finance, encryption, sovereign identity, fully homomorphic encryption, private AI federated learning, and secure computing. BRIDGE™ is designed to give users secure “title rights” control over their digital assets allowing them to access, trade, and control. Through the SwiftBridge Digital Asset Alliance Gateway, powered by the M5 protocol, financial institutions that are members of the Swift network have a gateway to innovate within the digital asset M5 ecosystem.
