Project Noctua is an innovative initiative designed to enhance emergency service response across the UK through cutting-edge UAV technology. Supporting law enforcement, ambulance, fire, and coastguard services, we improve speed, precision, and safety in critical missions.
With a focus on both Visual Line of Sight (VLOS) and advancing Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations, Project Noctua is transforming emergency response by providing real-time situational awareness, enhancing search and rescue, surveillance, and coordination.

Op Red Kite is a pioneering initiative by Minerva Defence & Security to combat the surge in agricultural GPS theft, which cost the UK ยฃ4.2 million in 2023โa 137% increase on previous years.
The operation addresses the organised crime networks, often from Eastern Europe, behind these thefts and provides innovative solutions to prevent future incidents. These include the Protected Asset Database, a DIY theft prevention kit in partnership with Tracker UK and SelectaDNA, robust GPS locking systems, and tracking devices that alert when stolen.
