Humanitarian Engineering and Science | Colorado School of Mines

The Humanitarian Engineering and Science Graduate Program at the Colorado School of Mines is an interdisciplinary, sociotechnical graduate program where student scientists and engineers work directly with communities to jointly define problems and create sustainable solutions. At the Colorado School of Mines, Humanitarian students at the graduate and undergraduate level take a sociotechnical approach to make a difference in the world through their professional careers, whether in community development or corporate settings. Classroom, research, and project experiences prepare students to be leaders in a variety of fields.
