Valerie has 25 years of experience leading Business Improvements, Reorganisation, Strategic Workforce Strategies, and Management Consulting in well-known international companies. She is also a certified coach with Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Valerie has experienced operating models in various industries, including asset management, credit cards, technology, and air travel. Being an independent consultant equipped with an Executive MBA from IMD has allowed Valerie to leverage broad business acumen. Valerie grew up in Singapore and is based in Geneva, Switzerland. As a budding street photographer, she is accustomed to finding the right lens to capture the soul of a place and its inhabitants. She takes a holistic approach to organizations and uses the same skills to capture an organization’s soul to find the spark that motivates people to change.
