The unique texture of individual balls is owed to a patented cryogenic technology with liquid nitrogen at -197°C. This technology does not change the structure of the components of the dessert, and the speed of freezing eliminates the storage of water in the product, preserving its natural taste. Mini Melts contain no artificial preservatives or genetically modified ingredients. The fantastic colours are the result of using only natural food colourings. Mini Melts does not contain air bubbles.
This technique prevents water from getting into the ice cream, thus preserving the natural flavours and structures of the ingredients. Mini Melts does not contain artificial preservatives, fragrances, colours or flavourings.
Mini Melts is stored at a temperature between -28°C and -35°C, which is 20°C lower than the sales of classic ice cream.
