Minka is a proudly Ecuadorian company that manufactures premium all-natural chocolates and cocoa products. We collaborate directly with cocoa producers and work collectively to guarantee that the natural rich flavors of the beans are preserved. We use only the highest graded, single origin, fine aroma Arriba, Nacional Ecuadorian cocoa. Our Fair-Trade Practices and Sustainable Agriculture permit us provide 100% natural products, free of chemical and transgenic. We are also certified organic and kosher. We have sales offices and warehouse in Florida – USA warranting the highest quality products with immediate availability to our customers; "bean to bar" chocolate makers, chocolate manufacturers, chocolatiers, bulk cocoa ingredients suppliers and clients related with pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The range of products manufactured includes chocolate bars, cocoa nibs, cocoa butter, cocoa powder and chocolate drops. Minka” is the quechuan word for teamwork. The concept is simple, but beautiful: A community comes together, working as one, for the good of all. Andean aborigines created the word “minka” to give meaning to this noble activity of community work done for the collective benefit of all participants. This word changed over time, and today it is pronounced “minga” while being practiced in Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, and Argentina.
