The Short Of It At minMAX we help leaders and teams develop, grow, and succeed while keeping both performance and humanity front and centre. For the past seven years, we’ve worked with fast-moving, high-performance teams across industries like video games, fintech, and BPOs, partnering with start-ups, scale-ups, and multinationals alike. The Long Of It We didn’t start in training or consulting — we started in leadership. Before creating minMAX, we spent decades building teams, running departments, and designing work systems from the ground up. We’ve developed hundreds of leaders, held well over a thousand one-to-ones, and navigated the real challenges of leaders and teams firsthand. We know what works because we’ve lived it.
