At minMAX we help leaders and teams develop, grow, and succeed while keeping both performance and humanity front and centre. For the past seven years, we’ve worked with fast-moving, high-performance teams across industries like video games, fintech, and BPOs, partnering with start-ups, scale-ups, and multinationals alike.
The Long Of It
We didn’t start in training or consulting — we started in leadership. Before creating minMAX, we spent decades building teams, running departments, and designing work systems from the ground up. We’ve developed hundreds of leaders, held well over a thousand one-to-ones, and navigated the real challenges of leaders and teams firsthand. We know what works because we’ve lived it. Everything we coach and talk about is something we’ve done. That’s what makes minMAX different. Just ask the teams and leaders we've worked with.
How We Work: We’re hands-on. We don’t drop in with a slide deck and generic advice. Our work is designed to embed leadership as a real, lasting capability inside your teams. That means coaching that sticks, frameworks that flex, and leadership that scales. We’ll always say what needs to be said, not just what’s easy to hear—because real leadership is built on clarity, not comfort.
What We’re Not: We don’t sell off-the-shelf leadership programmes, and we don’t do leadership by PowerPoint. We build engagements around you - your teams, your challenges, and what will make the biggest impact.
