The MN Dermatology Collaborative is a Minnesota-based Independent Practice Association (IPA). Facilitating the negotiation of contracts with third-party payors through any means that are permissible under federal and state laws, including federal and state antitrust laws b. Engaging in the alignment of efforts in areas of population health improvement, quality management, and quality improvement, with a view to improving patient care in the Physician Members' service area c. Achieving cost containment goals through joint contracting with healthcare vendors and suppliers d. Development of clinical care pathways and treatment protocols amongst stakeholders in the Company, with a view to improving patient care in the Physician Members' service area
