Mineral Processing Ltd, trading as MINORE™ specialises in innovative and sustainable solutions within the mineral sector. We mine existing mineral deposits as well as repurpose discarded minerals into new products and develop bespoke biodiversity solutions, helping organisations reach environmental goals. 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘀: We supply and manufacture sustainable mineral solutions for green construction products, industrial and consumer markets. Our alumino silica kaolinite mineral is mined and processed in the UK by MINORE™. This versatile mineral has been extensively tested and shown to enhance performance for a wide range of industrial uses including low carbon cement supplement, adhesives, resins, cosmetics and mixed recycled plastic composites. It also has benefits as an animal feed mycotoxin binder and in agrochemicals and suspension fertilisers. 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Over recent years, we have undertaken research and development into manufacturing and blending minerals for a variety of applications. Our bespoke solutions are designed to improve soil preservation, water management solutions, carbon capture and support biodiversity projects, for agriculture, horticulture and green construction sectors amongst others. Our approach is guided by new strategies and legislation around preserving our natural environment and resources. Founded in 2012, our roots trace back to the 1950s as a mining and quarrying family business. Established on an old disused Victorian brickworks and ash pit, this provides a unique environment to produce our bespoke mineral and soil formulations. Our processes involve using existing mineral deposits and carefully selected, discarded inbound materials, and collaborating with product formulators.
