Across various industries there is a need for more diverse representation in many organizations. Minority Game Changers solves for this by connecting high school talent to diverse industry leaders through mentorship and immersive exposure programs. We design hands-on sessions to create visibility into unique careers and skillsets that aren't always top of mind. Our Mission To inspire, empower, and guide young talent in minority communities to reach their full potential and ultimately bridge the gap between them and their goals. Our Vision We're creating a world where, regardless of background, any student can see themselves in any role they aspire to be in.
