Minstrel Scores was launched on August 01, 2024 by composer, arranger, and music producer Edward M. Melendez, who has a passion for all things music. Minstrel Scores infuses eclectic influences, and keen ear for melodies into many of its high-end compositions and projects, showcasing diverse writing and production styles. With experience both on stage and in the studio, Minstrel Scores brings its unique musical style to a variety of settings. Its vast spectrum of musical tastes covers a wide range of genres, from Hip-Hop to classical, Jazz to Rock. Whether you need a simple, beautiful piano and string melody or an elaborate, intense film score, you'll find the talent needed for your specific project right here. Minstrel Scores has also made numerous contributions to both radio and television, writing themes and musical jingles. Additionally, it has created several musical stage adaptations, including original scores for various reimagined stage productions. As a custom scoring house, Minstrel Scores has been sought out by new video game developer bakno, collaborating closely to create original musical themes for many of their recently launched video games, including Xplorer, Island Racer, Punk Trader, and MacJong. Minstrel Scores also lends its talents in the studio as hired session players, producers, co-writers, and arrangers, enjoying the opportunity to contribute to several independent recording projects.
