Care Konnect is a suite of software enabling better communication, feedback management and overall service quality in aged care.
Care Konnect starts with the service provider giving them the platform to establish private networks for each one of their care recipients. Care recipients are then able to invite their family and friends into their private network. Various staff from the aged care provider will send updates about the care recipients day to day and quality of life into the private network where any member of the network can view, interact and reciprocate these updates.
The main benefits are reducing primary carer stress, social isolation and increasing service transparency and service provider and customer relationships.
Care Konnect also has a feedback management suite creating the first touchpoint in providing feedback about service quality removing the need for paper forms, pdf's or missed and undocumented phone calls.
