We seek investments that are grounded in a deep partnership with existing ownership and management where our invested capital can accelerate organic growth or facilitate add-on acquisitions or ownership liquidity. Our focus on long-term value creation and conservative approach to capital structure provides management with the operating flexibility required to pursue its strategic initiatives. Furthermore, Minturn Partners invests its founders’ capital and that of family offices and is therefore not subject to the pressures imposed by dedicated funds from institutional investors.
