Heidi Chamberlain Jones, Minx’s founder and MD, is the full time trainer and service provider, specialising in Sales and Marketing Strategies. She has 30 years experience in frontline selling through retail, field and tele sales, B2B, B2C and media sales driving new products to market, working for independents and corporates ... and she has rarely missed a target or deadline. Embracing the ethos of ‘turnover is vanity, profit is sanity’ she believes that everyone in a business needs to be a ‘sales’ person and customer service is king. Heidi’s marketing expertise comes from an established career in the media, predominantly publishing and online, which began in newspapers and advertising, progressing to magazines and the digital world, where she launched and headed up several magazine titles and projects and eventually built her own highly successful publishing company producing glossy lifestyle reading across the West Midlands, Wye Valley and Welsh borders. Skills in editorial, advertising and PR have built a wealth of connections and a sound knowledge of what journalists and editors look for when featuring businesses, products and creating stories.
