Hello and welcome to my business page Minycled. what is Minycled? The name Minycled comes from minimalist and recycled which are the ethos of the Brand.
I have been a collector of unwanted fabrics for many years and I can safely say am the proud owner of a lot of vintage fabrics. The many things I loved about living in London were the many fashion classes that were available for working mums like myself. This also fed my need to find more fabrics and vintage pieces in markets and sometimes charity shops to experiment with in class.
So, to the present day most December 2021 and my business in almost a year. I would say Covid-19 and redundancy were just pushing I needed.
Being a sustainable fashion brand wasn't just me following a trend but more than anything me following my true calling.
It was also imported to me to try and use what fabrics are already on the market from sustainable sources in the UK and only sourcing certified BCI , OEKO-TEX and Organic fabrics. Natural dyes, which are not harmful to the environment.
We only make pieces with fabric available on the website for made-to-measure pre-orders by customers. This allows us to be a size-inclusive sustainable brand and stay true to our ethos of the business.
