The company was able to send more overseas Filipino workers to its partner countries for the past 5 years. Last year’s increase in deployment was noted to be the highest increase that the company has made for the past five (5) years. SUPPORT STAFF MIP International Manpower Services Inc. maintains a highly efficient support staff to serve the needs of foreign employers and applicant-workers. English proficiency is a must for the support staff, and when necessary, a foreign language interpreter is available to facilitate communication. In line with this, the company has adopted a periodic training program for the staff in order to acquire and update their knowledge on recruitment strategies.
