Everyday the team of Miradar wakes up with the sunrise in order to produce for you natural dairy products. While you are still asleep, we already supply our shops with fresh milk and kefir, baked ryazhenka and homemade smetana, just as it was once made by your grandmother! Our production is based in Cyprus, on the hills with fresh air and mountain water! In our production we do not use antibiotics, conservatives, emulsifiers, artificial color or any other additives! Our products are not pasteurized after fermentation and therefore our dairy products contain bifido and lactobacterias, that are considered as natural prebiotics, helping you to protect and strengthen your immune system.
