We are a real estate investment firm that specializes in acquiring multifamily Class B and C properties primarily through real estate syndications. Real estate syndications enable passive investors to pool their financial and intellectual resources to invest in properties much bigger than they could afford or manage on their own. Every property will have its own business plan and corresponding exit strategy. We look for properties with average cash on cash returns of 9% and average annual returns of 15%. The majority of acquisitions have a “value-add” component, which allows for strategic property upgrades or management improvements that force property appreciation.
