Mirielle: Prosperous, Miraculous, One to be Admired. Mirielles is a community of women committed to growth and prosperity, in service to ending the gender pay gap. Mirielle's mission is to inspire, empower, and professionally enable women through individual coaching, business consultation, and the supportive community created by our members. Mirielles was founded in 2018, by Lizzy Wilmarth. After a dozen years in technology sales, Lizzy had risen to being recognized in the top 1% of salespeople at one of the biggest technology companies in the Bay Area. Seeing first hand the diversity debt throughout the technology industry, and then meeting the incredible program of SheStarts out of Sydney, Australia, she became convinced that the most effective way to change the experience professional women were having was to use her experience to empower more women to start their own companies.
