Mirror Group, LLC is an evaluation, learning and strategy firm headquartered in Washington DC with team and clients all over the nation. In all that we do, we use our gifts and talents to make information and data meaningful, accessible and actionable. The majority of our work is in philanthropy working with foundations, nonprofits, and the communities that we love, though we also support cross sector initiatives where government and the private sector are also at the table. We apply our expertise in culturally responsive and racially equitable evaluation, inclusive stakeholder engagement processes, evaluation capacity building, and rigorous research design to support organizations and programs. Our penchant for collaborating with a range of partners from the C suites to the streets to interpret and synthesize mixed qualitative and quantitative data and present empirically pertinent, theoretically meaningful, and practically useful results has earned us a reputation for skilled data collection, expert analysis, and accessible reporting.
