Our name is inspired by the fascinating science of mirror neurons, the brain cells that fire both when we act and when we observe the actions of others. This neural mirroring is the very foundation of empathy, understanding, and our ability to learn from one another.

Mirror Neurons Open Space Experience is a part of the WorkCoopHub project - SMartDe eG, the grant from BMWK, is part of the IGP funding program.
Our initiative combines peer-driven learning experiences, a collaborative workspace where entrepreneurs, freelancers, artists, facilitators, community builders and NGOs can come together to co-create and experiment with new ideas in a nurturing community.
By lowering barriers for self-employed individuals and providing accessible learning opportunities, Mirror Neurons Space plays a vital role in promoting sustainable freelance careers and building a stronger professional network.
