MissDelicious Bakery was founded in 2016 in Istanbul as a boutique patisserie offering handcrafted French-style pastries, cakes, and baked goods.
As a passion-driven first venture by entrepreneur Ayşe Kanburoğlu, the brand quickly gained recognition for its aesthetic presentation, artisanal recipes, and warm atmosphere.
From concept design to operations, MissDelicious was built from scratch and served as a stepping stone for future entrepreneurial success.
The business operated until 2020, when it was successfully closed before Ayşe relocated to Los Angeles to continue her journey.
