Mission Operations is an equity-centered operations and design firm committed to good-first strategies that empower mission-driven organizations. We believe empathy and understanding are not only business assets, but crucial to responsible strategy for all organizations from startups, to corporations, to nonprofits. We leverage an extensive network and collaborative approach to support projects that expand access, inclusion, and social justice. Our purpose is to bring to bear our experience and human connections in space science, advanced technology, program and people management, brand development, design, and human services — to support purpose-driven organizations. We believe any business or organization that truly represents the collective will of its people would have a mandate to do good. We believe good-first is a business practice that can be normalized if we commit our collective resources. Mission Operations is a Disabled and woman-owned business, founded in 2020 to bring together skills, strategy, community, and alignment, accelerating purpose-driven projects and companies.
