Mission Spirits is an artisan, small batch spirits distillery that produces & bottles hand crafted spirits made from a unique fermentation, distillation and aging process. We employ a practice we call Modern Alchemy or ‘Technique Blending’. Through this process, we modify and/or blend a variety of different techniques (new and old) to create original flavors.
Similar to a chef trying a new secret sauce, we identify intersections of flavor & character that may prove to be something special - and give it a try. An aged Rum in a scotch whiskey tradition. A white Rum using wine fermentation practices. We take bold risks - try combination after combination, fail, succeed, and fail again - all in the name of good spirits.
