We are a multi-disciplinary group that work in the supply chain management for food and agri-business, customer-centric supply chains, evolution of retail and e-tail operations and supporting the survival, improvement of small retailers around the world under the vision of the Food and Retail Operations Lab at the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics.
Our research aims to create effective, resilient SC strategies to match dynamic customer preferences to ensure product accessibility, availability and affordability for all population segments using descriptive, prescriptive and predictive approaches through our team composed of engineers, social scientists, economists, nutritionists, data scientists, geographers, food scientists and agronomists.
