The word ‘miteri’ comes from the Himalayan mountain tribes and means “mentorship” and “friendship”. It is the fictive, sometimes contractual kinship between two or more individuals for instrumental benefit. It’s about bringing people, teams, and networks together to solve each others’ problems. To work together and achieve our personal and collective goals. And to share in the spoils toils and “do you have tinfoil”-’s of entrepreneurship.
