Miteri

Miteri means "friendship" in Nepali, and exists to raise the success rate of startups across the African continent. To achieve this, Miteri offers virtual and physical solutions to the problems faced by entrepreneurs at critical inflection points in the business life cycle. The word ‘miteri’ comes from the Himalayan mountain tribes and means “mentorship” and “friendship”. It is the fictive, sometimes contractual kinship between two or more individuals for instrumental benefit. It’s about bringing people, teams, and networks together to solve each others’ problems. To work together and achieve our personal and collective goals. And to share in the spoils toils and “do you have tinfoil”-’s of entrepreneurship. Miteri Workspace is a space built around our tribe – not the other way around. This means we build for comfort, collaboration, community, creativity, coffee and another “c” word we couldn’t think of, and we make sure our space has the best of the usual suspects: super fast WiFi, epic meeting rooms, open events space and table tennis.
