MIT.IC.AT (“Manufacturing Innovation Technology InterConnect Austria”) is a pilot project by EIT Manufactuing, Europe's largest knowledge and innovation community in manufacturing. EIT Manufacturing is supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union. MIT.IC.AT, an initiative of the Austrian ministries BMDW and BMK, supports the innovative capability of the Austrian manufacturing industry and industrial services by connecting Austrian industry firms, especially SMEs and Start-ups, with the iniatives and activities of EIT Manufacturing (EITM). The project is implemented by EIT's first Innovation Hub in Austria, EIT Manufacturing's Co-Location Center (CLC) East.
