Mitti is an Organic Indian Bistro for people who believe in a healthy and conscious lifestyle. The food options are mainly Indian and vegetarian with a variety of Gluten-free and Vegan options to choose from. There are curated meals, thali's, and healthy snacking options. Food is served in dine-in and can also be delivered to the door in biodegradable boxes, with minimal plastic use, via Zomato and Swiggy, as the official E-commerce partners. The restaurant menu is entirely free of processed foods and refined sugar. Jaggery, honey, khandsari sugar, and dates are used for sweetening drinks and desserts. The food is cooked only using extra virgin olive oil or cold pressed groundnut and sunflower oil. The restaurant's philosophy is creating all-natural classic homely food items like curries, khichdi, thali, using organic ingredients. The breads, pav and cakes are baked in Mitti's own kitchen using all fresh and organic ingredients. There is a small bakery segment under the name of Mitti Bakes where there is a huge variety of low calorie baked goods, and vegan options.
