We are the exclusive distributor of Tommy’s Fizz Cocktails in the UK. A brand created by Tom Albani in 2020 to offer customers unique cocktail recipes to be enjoyed at home. Originally from Montpellier, Tom Albani began his career in the hotel and restaurant industry at the Hotel du Palais in Biarritz. He honed his skills in Montreal, delving into mixology while running successful venues. In 2015, he won the ‘Made with Love’ mixology competition in Quebec. Today, his brand thrives with eight Basque-inspired cocktails, culinary collaborations, training courses, and a boutique in Bayonne. Our shared vision and Tom’s expertise enriched our venture. We are two family businesses coming together to offer a truly special product in the UK, forging a partnership built on a commitment to provide quality and innovative drinks.
