We are the exclusive distributor of Tommy’s Fizz Cocktails in the UK. A brand created by Tom Albani in 2020 to offer customers unique cocktail recipes to be enjoyed at home. Originally from Montpellier, Tom Albani began his career in the hotel and restaurant industry at the Hotel du Palais in Biarritz. He honed his skills in Montreal, delving into mixology while running successful venues. In 2015, he won the ‘Made with Love’ mixology competition in Quebec. Today, his brand thrives with eight Basque-inspired cocktails, culinary collaborations, training courses, and a boutique in Bayonne.
