Mixt Consulting is a local DC beverage program strategy consulting firm. We work with restaurants and bars to create or improve their services. Focusing on cocktail menus, our team will work with you to plan, execute and market your drinks to consumers. We work with your staff to train them on everything from unique cocktail creations, to how to manage the prep and par schedules.
