MJ Fit

MJ Fit is a boutique gym exclusively for women and children in the Denver Tech Center area. We offer private training, small group classes, and nutrition counseling in a supportive, empowering, and non-threatening environment. We have small group classes of varying intensities to accommodate all ability levels, and private training that is individualized to ensure our clients reach their goals safely and efficiently. We understand making a lifestyle change can be tough, but our goal is to make the journey as enjoyable as possible. Our trainers and coaches have high expectations, but we also understand there are obstacles along the way. With our team, there is no shortage of accountability–we are certain of that!
