MJL Groundworks & Civils Ltd (previously known as MJ Build Solutions Ltd) was founded in 2020 by Managing Director Matt Oxley who is a Chartered Construction Manager through the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building), and a Chartered Manager through the CMI (Chartered Management Institute). Matt has over 20 years experience working in construction predominantly in the water utilities sector, working on some extensive Civil Engineering projects having held a number of roles such as Site Manager, Project Manager & Contracts Manager. More recently, Matt supported has worked very closely with a company specialising in Civils & Groundworks in a Director capacity. MJL work closely with clients to provide high levels of service completing projects on time and within budget. With a vast portfolio of work, MJL partner a number of Developers along side Adoption specialists managing S38, S278, S104 and S106 works.
