Michael set up MJM Property Group in the mid 1990's as a boutique consulting, valuation & agency business to use his experience to offer a wide range of services & skills to a wide range of clients including tenants & owner occupiers plus a wide range of investors. In 2014, we added a Property Management arm to the business due to high demand for quality service. The advisory section of the business has expanded to include Government agency acquisition advice, market rental review valuations, land use surveys and tenant representation.
