MJO Consulting offers professional advice and practice for both short and long term initiatives. I possess a deep knowledge of equities, fixed income, and derivatives. I collaborate intimately with our clients to forge solutions that resonate with their unique goals and objectives. Serving as a reliable ally to managing directors and principals, I provide a range of services such as selecting, implementing, and managing trading systems, operational process & procedure as well as production support. My aim is to assist clients in augmenting their existing team and execute their goals and objectives to the finish. Projects/Engagements: Hedge Fund: Currently assisting a $6 billion AUM fixed income multi-strategy hedge fund transitioning from their existing legacy technology stack to Enfusion, encompassing a complete front-to-back migration (OMS, Trade Capture, Security Master, Portfolio Accounting). Fintech: Collaborated with portfolio management, performance, and risk management within a single application to develop a suite of reports for sales team presentations using existing client data. These reports included wallet share reports to the street, position and profit/loss reports by sector/industry/asset class, and portfolio measurement reports - market value/P&L, portfolio weighting, and return attribution. Participated in sales meetings with prospect clients to explain reports. Private Equity: Worked with the newly installed Enfusion OEMS to establish execution lines with the executing broker community. Also set up and implemented the Enfusion Portfolio Management System and General Ledger (IBOR) for the newly established internal Hedge Fund focusing on publicly traded equities and Total Return Swaps – Long only. Managed daily operations and fund accounting for trade capture, daily position/P&L reporting, and reconciliation with the prime broker and fund administration. Furthermore, conducted month-end close for fund accounting, including investor allocation.
