With a wealth of knowledge and experience from running a commercial building company, Inndecs Ltd and a passion for all things property, Joe & Melissa have built a property portfolio worth £2.5m in their 6 years of trading. Having lived in Gloucestershire for most of their lives, they have been able to draw up upon their knowledge of the local area to find prime sites for development. Their Gloucester roots have also helped develop key working relationships with local agents, designers, architects and listed buildings consultants. With a keen eye for design, the brother and sister team always try to bring a little creativity and innovation to every property that they work on.
