The MKRS Group of Companies first commenced operations as MKRS Enterprise in 1990 and in 2003, as part of the Company’s restructuring and evolvement process; it was reconstituted to MKRS Management Sdn Bhd , MKRS Bumi (M) Sdn Bhd ,MKRS Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. And MKRS GTI Sdn Bhd. This strategic move also helped reposition the Group to cater to the challenging and demanding environment. After 23 years of growth, the Group has diversified itself into various areas in the construction and engineering spectrum, among others. Within the ambit of construction and engineering and related activities, a principal core activity includes health & safety and Engineering consultancy and Institution Of competency training. Past projects include involvement with data centres, commercial centres, security systems, retail outlets, restaurants, hotel, shopping malls, fitness centres, cinemas, oil & gas refinery plants, Hospital, Cement Plant and high-end private residences, among others. Of late, we have focused our business development in the area of Oil and Gas and in this regard, we have been involved and currently still are, in some of the biggest Oil and Gas developers in the country. Our past projects in the Oil & Gas industry have included both foreign and local players such as Blue star YL (SEA) Pte. Ltd, BP Ship Care (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Lurgi (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Petron international and Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd and to name a few and of course Petronas, the local leading government-based Oil and Gas corporation. We are also extremely proud to be associated with two of the biggest development projects under the Oil & Gas and Cement sector that is currently taking shape. These are the PETRONAS LUBE BLENDING and LAFARGE MALAYSIA. Specifically, however, in the context of the Oil & Gas refinery and Cement plant, our services are Scaffolding, Competency Training, Insulation, Blasting and Painting Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Piping.
