Mlin-97 JSC is a 100% private company, a leading manufacturer in the Bulgarian baking industry, and the owner of the best-selling domestic brand of pretzel sticks, “HRUS-HRUS.” In 2019, “HRUS-HRUS” won the Superbrand award for being Bulgaria’s top food brand. Mlin-97 JSC operates a “closed natural cycle” consisting of our grain yield, a modern milling complex producing pure flour from selected wheat varieties, and a production facility for pretzel sticks.
