MLM Constructions & Realtors was founded in Oct 2009 under the stewardship of Mr. Venkataraman, a qualified Engineer with over 22 years of Project Management experience in the Construction Industry, Venkataraman leads the team at MLM Homes. With his vast and varied experience and leadership capabilities, he has been able to obtain optimum results for various stake holders throughout his career.
He started his career in his family construction business, Visveswaran & Co. After a stint of 14 years in the family business, Venkataraman moved to Reliance Industries and was instrumental in setting up Telecom Infrastructure and Retail Outlets all across Tamil Nadu.
Venkataraman joined UGL Equis, a US Based Project Management Company in 2006 to head the Project Management Division at Chennai, India. He has to his credit more than 2 million sq.ft of construction and fit out space for some of the leading MNCs and Indian Players; ABB, Athena, Citi Bank, DivyaSree, IBM Global, ICICI, ISRO, Standard Chartered Bank, Value Source, Xansa etc to name a few…
