The firm has invested over €100m into the Irish market since inception into a varied range of development opportunities. At Mm Capital, we believe progress is everyone’s business. In doing so, Mm Capital can accurately underwrite deals the firm pursues without relying on market inflation. Mm Capital's approach also allows it to de-risk investments through attaining pre-leases and pre-sales, where possible.
